Shop With A Cop Car Truck And Motorcycle Show (# 9199)

Location: Salem Square and Brick Street.
On Saturday, October 4, 2008, The Waters of Salem will be sponsoring The 1st Annual Shop with a Cop Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show, which will be held on the Salem Square - located in Salem, Indiana. This is an open Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show without any year, make, or model restrictions. There will also be activities and events being held that are similar to a fall festival for families and children to enjoy. Admission for this event is FREE to the public/spectators to attend - but registration fees do apply for those entering their car in the show and competing for trophies. Registration will start at 8:30 and end at 11:00 – this should give car enthusiasts enough time to arrive to the Salem Square, get setup, and get their cars sparkling before the judging begins. Pre-Registration (Before 9/26/08): $12.00 Registration (Day of Show): $15.00 The judging will begin promptly at 11:30 and continue through 2:45PM. The awards ceremony will begin at about 3:15PM with trophies awarded to the Best Vehicle in the Top 20 Trophy Classes. The following Events and Activities are open to EVERYONE (spectators and participants) who are attending the event: Scavenger Hunt – Entries must be turned in by 2:00PM Pumpkin Weight Guessing - $1.00 Donation Per Guess Pumpkin Painting (All Ages) – From 10AM to 3:30PM Coloring Contest (Ages 2-12) – From 10AM to 12PM Face Painting (All Ages) – From 10AM to 3:30PM Candy Corn Count - $1.00 Donation Per Guess Door Prize Drawings (Over 100) – All Day Long Raffle Items 50/50 $100.00 Gas Card Giveaway All Proceeds from the Registration Fees, Activities/Events, Raffles, and Donations completely benefit the Washington County Shop with a Cop Program.
