This is the first time and it will be the last time, that a NY State Highway, Route 38, will be dedicated to Vietnam veterans. The highway will now be designated as Vietnam veterans Memorial Highway of Valor. Sign up for the ride is at Marvin Park in Owego,NY between 8-9:30am on the day of the ride. The 98 mile ride will end in Sterling, NY, where there will be music and food.Bikes,cars,trucks, military vehicles,and helicopters, also welcome. This ride is open to all riders, not just veterans.
