For four days this month, Milwaukeeans will have the opportunity to experience it without leaving the city. Starting September 24, Milwaukee Harley-Davidson (MHD) will play host to The Moving Wall, the 252-foot replica of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial that has been traveling the country for the past 25 years. A ceremonial event entitled A Tribute to the Fallen is planned for September 26 at 11:30 a.m. and will feature a series of speakers, including Gary Wetzel, a local Congressional Medal of Honor recipient. An organized ride from the War Memorial to the dealership will kick off the day's events, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The exhibit will be in town for four days. The Moving Wall will be open for public viewing 24 hours a day beginning at 12pm on Thursday, September 24, 2009 - 8am on Monday, September 28, 2009.
