88 Fair Drive Costa Mesa, CA Wolf 858-652-4032 Send Email    | Buell and Harley Races At Orange County Speedway (# 13023)22-Aug-2009 (Saturday)Speedway Racing if you haven't experienced it is pretty INSANE! The racers take 500cc Nitro Methane burning bikes on a very small 18 th mile dirt track. The fun (crazy) part is they have no brakes. Race your Buell for FREE. Or just get in for no charge. You only race against Buells or Harleys. The promoter invites anyone who shows-up with a Harley or a Buell (only) to race in exhibition racing. No modification need to be done to your bike. No entry fee, No prize money, No trophy's, No BS, just do it for the fun. All they require is a helmet, jacket and full finger gloves. You must sign in before 6pm to do this for no charge. Heck you can even get 1 guest in also, over 18 and closed toe shoes. Note: If you want to race your bike and not just watch, you need to check in between 5:00pm and 6:00pm at the back gate thru gate 7 off of Arlington street. Jerry Johnson of our Meetup has participated in this event 6 times if you have any questions e-mail him, he'll answer them or get the answer for you. The SCAB riders will also be there, so this is a good opportunity for a little cross-group socializing/networking.
